Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:00 on 14 February 2022, until 17:30 on 4 March 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Whitemyres Place, Aberdeen, from its junction with Whitemyres Avenue to a point 5m in a southerly direction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Whitemyres Avenue, Aberdeen, from a point 25m east of its junction with Whitemyres Place to a point 75m west of its junction with Whitemyres Place. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish and Southern Energy.
