Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 15 February, 2022 until 17:00 on 17 February, 2022, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Golf Road, Bieldside, from its junction with North Deeside Road to a point 10m South. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on North Deeside Road at the parking area outside the shops between Bieldside Inn and Dunningston House, 61 North Deeside Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on both sides of Marchbank Road between Golf Road and Bieldside Station Road. Temporary traffic lights will also be in operation on North Deeside Road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC street lighting column replacement works.
