Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 07 February, 2022 until 17:00 on 13 February, 2022, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Carnie Drive, Aberdeen, between Elder Place and Beattie Place and prohibition of driving on Gillespie Crescent at its junction with Carnie Drive. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretches of carriageways for any purpose for the duration of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC Street Lighting works.
