Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 07 February, 2022, until 17:00 on 13 February, 2022, is to close Cruden Crescent, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Cruden Park and Springhill Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on the same stretch of carriageway. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on Springhill Road, Aberdeen between Cruden Place and North boundary of number 252. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during street lighting repairs.
