Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on the eastern side of Greenwell Place, Aberdeen,
from its junction with Greenwell Road for its entire length. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety and to maintain HGV access and egress.
