Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on Monday, 18 October 2021, until 18:00 on Monday, 17 October 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Tillydrone Terrace, Aberdeen, from its junction with Coningham Road to a point 70m in a northerly direction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of road. An alternative route is available via Coningham Terrace. There will be a prohibition of driving on Coningham Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Coningham Terrace to a point 10m in an easterly direction. An alternative route is available via Coningham Terrace. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Harris Drive, Aberdeen, from its junction with Tillydrone Avenue to the boundary between numbers 15-19 and 31-45 Harris Drive.
