Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 11 October, 2021 until 17:00 25 October, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Great Western Place, Aberdeen, between Great Western Road and Ashvale Place from 15th October 21. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for any purpose for the duration of the works from 11th October 21. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. There will also be a suspension of the one way restriction on Ashvale Place. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works and tree works.
