Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 until 06:00 nightly from 19:00 07 October, 2021 until 06:00 9 October, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Wellington Road, Aberdeen, between Abbotswell Road and Greenwell Road heading Southbound. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for any purpose for the duration of the works. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC public fibre ducting installation works.
