Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 14 September, 2021, until 23:00 on 13 March, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Lime Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Clarence Street and the entrance to the car park. Access to properties and car park will be maintained From Waterloo Quay, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Clarence Street, Church Street and Waterloo Quay. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during sewer repair works.
