Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 04 October, 2021 until 17:00 on 13 October, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Albyn Grove, Aberdeen, from Albyn Place to Union Grove . There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for any purpose for the duration of the works. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Access will be maintained to Albyn Hospital when possible, however there may be delays. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
