Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 27 September, 2021 until 17:00 on 19 December, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on Southside of Kepplehills Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Newhills Avenue and Sclattie Park between 27 September, 2021 and 07 November, 2021 and a temporary prohibition of waiting on Northside of Kepplehills Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Newhills Avenue and Sclattie Park between 08 November, 2021 and 19 December, 2021. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway resurfacing works.
