Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets: Sunnybank Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Elmbank Road and Froghall Avenue from 08:00 on 10th September, 2021, until 17:00 on 11th September, 2021. An alternative route is available via Elmbank Road, Elmbank Terrace and Froghall Avenue; Elmbank Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Sunnybank Place to the boundary between number 15 and 17 Elmbank Road from 08:00 on 14th September, 2021, until 17:00 on 15th September, 2021. An alternative route is available via Sunnybank Place, Froghall Avenue and Elmbank Terrace; Elmbank Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Elmbank Terrace to the rear of number 15 Elmbank Terrace from 08:00 on 21st September, 2021, until 17:00 on 22nd September, 2021. An alternative route is available via Elmbank Terrace, Froghall Avenue and Sunnybank Place; Froghall Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Sunnybank Place to the boundary between number 5 and 7 Froghall Avenue from 08:00 on 28th September, 2021, until 17:00 on 29th September, 2021. An alternative route is available via Sunnybank Place, Elmbank Road and Elmbank Terrace; Elmbank Terrace, Aberdeen, from its junction with Elmbank Road to the boundary between number 13 and 14 Elmbank Terrace from 08:00 on 30th September, 2021, until 17:00 on 1st October, 2021. An alternative route is available via Elmbank Road, Sunnybank Place and Froghall Avenue. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Elmbank Road, Elmbank Terrace, Froghall Avenue, Froghall Place, Sunnybank Place, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 10th September, 2021, until 17:00 on 21st October, 2021 Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time.
