Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 7:30 on 9 August, 2021 until 17:00 on 13 August, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Back Hilton Road, Aberdeen, between the east boundary of 42-48 to the east boundary of 74-80 Back Hilton Road and on either side of Cattofield Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Back Hilton Road and the east boundary of 88-94 Cattofield Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
