Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 2 August, 2021, until 16:00 on 22 August, 2021, is to close Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Street and Windmill Brae. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Street and east boundary of 3A Crown Terrace and on either side of Crown Lane, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Terrace and St Johns Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during installation works by WTM for City Restoration Project Ltd.
