Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 02 August, 2021 until 17:00 on 22 August, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Auchinyell Road, Aberdeen, between Garthdee Road and number 126 Auchinyell Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for any purpose for the duration of the works. Local residents access will be maintained when possible via Broomhill Road but delays are to be expected while plant is moved.
