Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 26 July, 2021 until 17:00 on 08 August, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Binghill Crescent, Milltimber, from Binghill Road to Northwest boundary of number 15. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side for any purpose on the same stretch of carriageway between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Local access will be maintained via Binghill Road, Binghill Road West and The Avenue when possible although delays should be expected while plant allow vehicles to pass. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
