Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Oldcroft Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Forresterhill Road and Oldcroft Gardens from 08:00 on 4th August, 2021, until 17:00 on 5th August, 2021. An alternative route is available via Forresterhill Road, Ashgrove Road West, Castleton Drive and Stocketill Crescent.
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Brierfield Terrace, Castleton Lane, Cornhill Drive, Forresterhill Road, North Anderson Drive, Oldcroft Gardens, Oldcroft Place, Stockethill Avenue, Stockethill Crescent, Stockethill Lane, Stockethill Square, Stockethill Way, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 30th July, 2021, until 17:00 on 9th September, 2021.
Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required.
