Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 12 July, 2021 until 17:00 on 25 July, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Charleston Crescent, Aberdeen, from Charleston Road to Eastern boundary of number 11 and a prohibition of driving on Charleston Way from Charleston Crescent to Southern boundary of number 2. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side for any purpose on the same stretches of carriageways at any time. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
