Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 06 August, 2021 until 17:00 on 13 August, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Alford Place/Albyn Place, Aberdeen, between Union Street and Albyn Grove. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretches of carriageways for any purpose for the duration of the works. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on West side of Albyn Grove for any purpose for the duration of the works. Local access will be maintained when possible. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works..
