Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 09 August, 2021, until 17:00 on 24 September, 2021, is to impose a one-way restriction on Westburn Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Six Roads Roundabout and Ashgrove Road. The permitted direction of travel will be Northbound only. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for the duration of the work. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are in the interests of public safety during ACC tree stump removal works .
