Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Goodhope Park, Aberdeen, from its junction with Mugiemoss Road to a point 10 metres in a south westerly direction from 08:00 on 7th June, 2021, until 17:00 on 8th June, 2021. An alternative route is available via Mugiemoss Road and Goodhope Avenue. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Goodhope Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Mugiemoss Road and Goodhope Park from 08:00 on 10th June, 2021, until 17:00 on 11th June, 2021. An alternative route is available via Mugiemoss Road and Goodhope Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Hutcheon Low Drive, Hutcheon Low Place, Mugiemoss Road, Aberdeen from 7th June, 2021, until 17:00 on 18th July, 2021. Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 50 metres at a time.
