Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 11:30 until 19:30 on 11 June 2021, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of North Deeside Road, Peterculter, from the access road at the side of Culter Library to the eastern boundary of Culter Village Hall, and also on either side of North Deeside Road, Peterculter, from its junction with Brighton Place to the boundary between numbers 291-293 and 295-299 North Deeside Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
