Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 27 May, 2021 until 17:00 on 14 June, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on on Hilton Drive, Aberdeen, between Rosehill Drive/Six Roads Roundabout to Hilton Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side for any purpose on the same stretch of carriageway between 07:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
