Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 31 May, 2021 until 17:00 on 11 June, 2021, is to close Alexander Terrace, Aberdeen, for its entire length . There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on the same stretch of carriageway. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access may still be permitted where works allow. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
