Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 29 March, 2021, until 19:00 on 9 April, 2021, is to close Hammersmith Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Hammersmith Road and the junction of the lane at the rear of 75 Hammersmith Road and make Hammersmith Road, Aberdeen, one-way, between its junctions with Hammersmith Lane and Broomhill Road. He direction of flow will be southbound. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Hammersmith Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Hammersmith Lane and Broomhill Road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during Installation works by SGN.
