Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 15 February, 2021, until 18:00 on 14 August, 2021, is to impose a one-way restriction on Bedford Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bedford Road and Erskine Street. The direction of flow is westbound only. During this time a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Bedford Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Bedford Road and the west boundary of 57 Bedford Place, including all vehicles associated with the development. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during development works.
