Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:30 on Monday, 25 January 2021, until 20:00 on Saturday, 6 February 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Hope Farm Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Rowett South Road and a point 125m south-west of its junction with Hopetoun Grange, and also on Hopetoun Grange, Aberdeen, between its junction with Hope Farm Road and a point 125m east of its junction with Hope Farm Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during street lighting installation works. Alternative Route: Alternative routes are available via the C89C Chapel of Stoneywood-Fairley Road, Newhills Road, Kepplehills Road, the C88C Inverurie Road, and the A96 Inverurie Road, and via Sclattie Park and the A96 Inverurie Road.
