Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:00 on 12 January, 2021, until 16:00 on 19 January, 2021 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of George Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Charles Street and the south boundary of 478 George Street.
Also from 06:00 on 25 January, 2021, until 16:00 on 31 January, 2021, on either side of George Street, Aberdeen, between south boundary of 182 and the north boundary of 206 George Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Gas installation works for SGN.
