Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate 08:00 Monday 18th January, 2021 until 17:00 Friday 9th April 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on West side of Airyhall Avenue, Aberdeen, between 07:30 to 17:00 daily, from its junction with Countesswells Road to Craigton Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works ACC footway resurfacing works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
