Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 20 November, 2020, until 06:00 on 23 November, 2020, is to suspend the parking on the west side of Powis Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Calsayseat Road and Leslie Terrace. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. From 19:00 on 20 November, 2020, until 06:00 on 23 November, 2020, Leslie Terrace, Aberdeen, will be one-way, northbound, between a point 30 metres or thereby south of this junction and its junctions with Powis Terrace. The direction of flow will be in a northerly direction. There will also be a prohibition of right turn manoeuvres from Leslie Terrace, Aberdeen, on to Powis Terrace. . Also at this time the west footway of Powis Terrace, Aberdeen, will be closed, between its junctions with Calsayseat Road and Bedford Road and between Bedford Road and Leslie Terrace. This will be executed in phase with only one of these sections closed at a time.

The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by C-PLAN for SSET.
