Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on Monday, 19 October 2020, until 17:00 on Friday, 23 October 2020, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Bankhead Road, Aberdeen, from Bankhead Avenue to Oldmeldum Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during ACC resurfacing works.
Alternative Route: Bankhead Road, Stoneywood Road, A947 and vice versa.
