Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate on 9th August 2020 from 08:00 to 16:00, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Albyn place from Prince Arthur Street to Queen's Terrace. There is also a prohibition of waiting between 08:00 and 16:00. The restrictions are necessary to protect public safety during the removal of trees.
