Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on Monday, 13 July 2020, until 17:00 on Friday, 17 July 2020, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Kirk Brae, Aberdeen, from the car park access at numbers 2 to 6 Kirk Brae to the access road at number 44 Kirk Brae, and on either side of Manor Place, Aberdeen, from its junction with Kirk Brae to the eastern gable of numbers 8-10 Manor Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during ironwork repairs by Scottish Water.
