Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 28 July, 2020 until 16:00 on 29 July, 2020 and 7:30 on 4 August, 2020 until 16:00 on 5 August , 2020, is to close Ashley Park Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Great Western Road and the south boundary of 8 Ashley Park Drive. During this time, there will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Ashley Park Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Great Western Road and the south boundary of 8 Ashley Park Drive. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works to a telecom mast by Commhoist.
Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via Great Western Road, Ashley Road, Ashley Gardens and Ashley Park Drive.
