Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 0730 on the 7th July to 17:30 on 13th July 2020, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Bedford Place, Aberdeen between the junction with Bedford Road and Sunnyside Road. There is also a prohibition of waiting between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. The restrictions are necessary to protect public safety during ACC traffic calming works postponed due to Covid-19.
