Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL HEREBY GIVES NOTICE UNDER THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1984 OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC.
In the interests of public safety, from 08:00 on 31 May until further notice, Bankhead Avenue will be one-way between its junctions with Bankhead Road and Greenburn Drive. The permitted direction of travel will be south-westbound only. Refuse collection vehicles shall be exempt.
There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Bankhead Avenue from the driveway at number 32 to the Bankhead Industrial Estate access road, and on either side of the Bankhead Industrial Estate access road from its junction with Bankhead Avenue to the Aberdeen City Council depot. Blue Badge holders shall be exempt from the parking restriction on the Bankhead Industrial Estate access road. The Council regrets any inconvenience that
may be caused by this temporary measure.
