Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on Monday, 1 June 2020, until 22:00 on Friday, 12 June 2020, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Forest Avenue, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 137 and 139 Forest Avenue to its junction with Cromwell Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the west side of Forest Avenue, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 137 and 139 to the boundary between numbers 141 and 143 Forest Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
