Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Spademill Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bayview Road and the rear of number 2 Bayview Road from 08:00 on 7th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 8th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Bayview Road, Rubislaw Den South and Spademill Road; Forest Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Queens Gate roundabout and Queens Lane North from 08:00 on 14th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 15th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Queens Road, Queens Cross roundabout, Fountainhall Road and Beaconsfield Place; Queens Lane North, Aberdeen, between its junction with Forest Road and a point 15 metres in an easterly direction from 08:00 on 16th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 17th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Forest Road, Queens Road, Queens Cross roundabout and, Fountainhall Road; Queens Lane North, Aberdeen, between its junction with Fountainhall Road and a point 15 metres in a westerly direction from 08:00 on 20th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 21st April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Fountainhall Road, Queens Cross roundabout, Queens Road and Forest Road; Forest Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Gladstone Place and Queens Lane South from 08:00 on 22nd April, 2020, until 17:00 on 23rd April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Gladstone Place, St Swithin Street, Queens Cross roundabout and Queens Road; Queens Lane South, Aberdeen, between its western junction with Forest Avenue and a point 15 metres in a westerly direction from 08:00 on 27th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 28th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Forest Avenue and Harlaw Road; Queens Lane South, Aberdeen, between its junction with Harlaw Road and a point 15 metres in a northerly direction from 08:00 on 29th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 30th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Harlaw Road and Forest Avenue; Queens Lane South, Aberdeen, between its junction with St Swithin Street and a point 15 metres in a westerly direction from 08:00 on 1st May, 2020, until 17:00 on 2nd May, 2020.
