Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Kirk Brae, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Ladyhill Road and Craigbank Drive. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during carriageway surfacing works. Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via Friarsfield Road, Craigton Road, Springfield Road, and Countesswells Road, and via North Deeside Road, Baillieswells Road, and Ladyhill Road.
