Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a 30mph speed limit on the lengths of road specified in the schedule below. The order shall operate from 00:00 on 16th March 2020, until 00:00 on 16th September 2020. The measures are necessary to ensure road safety by reducing the risk of vehicle incursion onto the nearby railway line whilst a permanent Traffic Regulation Order is progressed.
