Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 02 March 2020, until 08:00 on 01 September 2020, is to impose a temporary 30mph speed restriction on Whitestripes Road, Aberdeen, its junction with Whitestripes Avenue and a point 710 metres north-west of this junction. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during while a permanent order is progressed.
