Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Earns Heugh Circle, Aberdeen, between its western junction with Earns Heugh Avenue and the boundary between number 2 Earns Heugh Avenue and number 14 Earns Heugh Circle from 08:00 on 24th March, 2020, until 17:00 on 25th March, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Road, Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Avenue; Earns Heugh Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Earns Heugh Circle and the boundary between number 18 and 20 Earns Heugh Avenue from 08:00 on 26th March, 2020, until 17:00 on 27th March, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Road; Earns Heugh Circle, Aberdeen, between its eastern junction with Earns Heugh Avenue and the boundary between number 107 and 109 Earns Heugh Circle from 08:00 on 2nd April, 2020, until 17:00 on 3rd April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Road, Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Avenue; Earns Heugh Circle, Aberdeen, between its junction with Earns Heugh Walk and the boundary between number 19 and 21 Earns Heugh Circle from 08:00 on 4th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 5th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Avenue; Earns Heugh Circle, Aberdeen, between its junction with Earns Heugh Place and the boundary between number 52 and 54 Earns Heugh Circle from 08:00 on 8th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 9th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Avenue; Earns Heugh Circle, Aberdeen, between its junction with Earns Heugh Crescent and the boundary between number 88 and 90 Earns Heugh Circle from 08:00 on 10th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 11th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Road, Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Avenue; Earns Heugh Circle, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Earns Heugh Way and Earns Heugh Road from 08:00 on 12th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 13th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Earns Heugh Road, Earns Heugh Circle and Earns Heugh Avenue.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Earns Heugh Circle, Earns Heugh Road, Earns Heugh View, Earns Heugh Walk, Earns Heugh Way, Partan Skelly Avenue, Partan Skelly Way, Whitehills Rise, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 16th March, 2020, until 17:00 on 24th April, 2020.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time.
