Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 0730 on the 24th February to 15:30 on 17th April 2020, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Ardbeck Place, Aberdeen between its east and west junctions with Crown Crescent. There is also a prohibition of waiting between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. The restrictions are necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway repairs.
