Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 23:00 on 30 November 2020 until 20:00 on 5 March, 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Princes Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with King Street and a point 17 metres west of its junction with Park Place. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during construction works for Drumrossie Homes.
