Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 24 February, 2020, until 16:00 on 20 April, 2020, there will be no waiting on either side of Seamount Road, Aberdeen, from its northern most point to a point 18 metres or thereby south of this point. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. This is to accommodate a storage area for works on the grass area.
From 07:00 on 6 April, 2020, until 07:00 on 17 April, 2020, Gallowgate, Aberdeen, will be closed, between its junctions with Spring Garden and a point 70 metres or thereby south of this junction. The access to West North Street Car Park will also be closed but access to the shops must be maintained.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during heating duct installation works by Nicol of Skene.
