Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 until 15:30 on 31 January, 2020, is to close Crown Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Ferryhill Road and the north boundary of 174 Crown Street. An alternative route is available via Wellington Place, South College Street and Millburn Street. From 07:30 until 15:30 on 31 January, 2020, there will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Crown Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Ferryhill Road and the north boundary of 174 Crown Street. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Scottish Water.
