Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 02 December 2019, until 22:00 on 04 December 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the C55C Pitmedden Road, Aberdeen, between Tillybrig Cottage and Lyndmoor, and on the un-named access road leading to Dyce Churchyard, Aberdeen, between Pitmedden Road and Old Mill of Dyce. Access to properties will be maintained when possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during carriageway surfacing works.
