Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will come into operation from 00:01 on 26 September 2019, until 23:59 on 25 March 2021, is to impose a mandatory 40mph speed limit on a certain length of Dyce Drive, Aberdeen, as specified in the schedule below. This measure is for the purpose of road safety.
