Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08.00 on 28 October, 2019, until 17:00 on 1 November, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Mile-End Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Mile-End Place to the boundary between numbers 74-76 and 78-82 Mile-End Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during gas connection works by SGN.
