Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the Order, which will operate from 07:30 on 25 November 2019 until 18:00 on 29 November, 2019 is to implement a one-way restriction on Fraser Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with George Street and Powis Place. The direction of flow will be eastbound. An alternative route for westbound vehicles is available via Causewayend, Hutcheon Street and George Street. There will also be a suspension of parking on the northside of Fraser Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with George Street and the east boundary of 27 Fraser Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by British Telecom.
